Do I need to register if I currently have a hobiekayak.co.uk account?

No, if you already have an account it will automatically start earning points as soon as you shop. The sign up bonus of 400 points will be added to all existing accounts.

What is included in the Shore Thing Reward Club?

Anything that you can buy from the Hobie Kayak website can earn points from spare parts and accessories to brand new kayaks. (Please note there are no points available on kayaks listed in the used boats section.)

Will this Shore Thing Reward Club points work in-store?

Not yet, but we are working on it. At the moment the points are only available to be earned and used on online purchases.

How will I see my accumulated points?

Login to your account using the ‘my account’ link in the top bar and you will ‘reward points’ tab in the left navigation menu.

How do I redeem my points?

Add your purchases to the basket as usual, accumulated points can be redeemed at the checkout stage.

Shore Thing Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any shore Thing Rewards Club account.
The Shore Thing Rewards Club is only valid at hobiekayak.co.uk
If we identify that you hold two or more Shore Thing Rewards Club Accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
The Shore Thing Rewards Club scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Shore Thing ltd reserves the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
Shore Thing Ltd can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Shore Thing Rewards Cub account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers.
Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Shore Thing Rewards Club account are subject to store and online network availability.
Shore Thing will remove points from registered Shore Thing Rewards Club accounts that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed.
To benefit from the Shore Thing Rewards Club scheme you must be a United Kingdom resident aged 13 years or over. Shore Thing will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached.
There are no points available on the used kayaks on the hobiekayak website.

We try to carry as much of the popular kayaks and parts and accessories in stock however we sometimes have to order items in from our suppliers. Throughout the season we get 2 weekly deliveries so you shouldn’t have to wait more than 14 days to receive your order. If we are unable to supply inside 2 weeks we will contact you to inform you of any further delays.
